Teaching Elder
Todd Wagner is the founding pastor of Iron Oak Church. In 1999, Todd and a small group of friends started Watermark Community Church in Dallas, where he served as Senior Pastor and Elder for over two decades, helping it grow into one of the largest and fastest-growing churches in the country. A graduate of the University of Missouri and Dallas Theological Seminary, Todd continues to pursue his calling to connect people with the richness and fullness of life found in Christ, now pouring that passion into building Iron Oak Church.
Kids Director
Landry Snelling teaches at a local Christian school, where she gets to live out her calling to train and equip the next generation of believers every day. She brings that same heart for discipleship into her life at Iron Oak Church. Landry and her spouse, Carter, do life together, rooted in that shared mission of pouring into others.

Pastoral Staff
Christian Williams has spent the last four years serving in ministry, and he's grateful to now call Iron Oak home. He earned his undergraduate degree in ministry from Liberty University and is currently working toward his Master's in Biblical Exposition, also at Liberty. He and his wife, Catie, keep busy raising their two boys and one daughter.
