Privacy Policy.

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit www.ironoakchurch.org and how Iron Oak Church uses it. Iron Oak Church is a church in Dallas, Texas. If you have questions, email us at info@ironoakchurch.org.

1. Information you give us

Our website does not have its own sign-up or contact forms. When you choose to contact us, you do it through one of these:

• Planning Center (Church Center) forms. Buttons on our site open forms hosted by Planning Center, the church management service we use: Plan a Visit, Stay in Touch, Membership Interest, and 4B. What you type into these forms (such as your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give) is sent to Planning Center and stored in Iron Oak Church's Planning Center account. Church staff and authorized volunteers use it to follow up with you, welcome you on a Sunday, and keep you informed about church life. Planning Center's handling of that information is covered by its own privacy policy: planningcenter.com/privacy.
• Online giving. Our Give button takes you to Iron Oak Church's giving page on Church Center (ironoakchurch.churchcenter.com/giving), which Planning Center runs. Payment details are entered on that page, not on our website.
• Email. If you email info@ironoakchurch.org, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use them to reply to you.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you would like us to update or remove the information you have given us, email info@ironoakchurch.org and we will update or remove your information.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours uses outside services that receive basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you are viewing) when your browser loads them:

• Webflow and Cloudflare (website hosting). Our site is hosted on Webflow, which uses Cloudflare. Cloudflare may set a cookie named _cfuvid, which is used for security and traffic management, not advertising.
• Google Fonts. Our text fonts load from Google's font servers.
• YouTube. Sermon videos on our Sermons page and the latest sermon on our home page are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may store information on your device when you play a video. YouTube is owned by Google, and its use of data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Maps. Our Plan a Visit page shows an embedded Google Map of our meeting location.
• Planning Center. A small script from Planning Center (js.churchcenter.com) loads on our pages so that its forms can open in a window on our site.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website, such as which pages are visited and whether people click to plan a visit. Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga and _ga_<ID>) to tell visits apart. We have turned off Google Analytics advertising features (Google signals and ad personalization) on our site.

Google Analytics does not give us your name or contact details. Google's use of this information is covered by its own policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. Children

Our website is meant for adults. Parents and guardians may give information about their children through the Planning Center forms described above (for example, when planning a first visit).

5. Links to other sites

Our site links to Planning Center, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
